Many insurance companies that we are not contracted with have “out of network” benefits that may cover a significant portion of charges.

Can I get an estimate for my out-of-pocket cost for Physical Therapy when I go through insurance?

If I come to Physical Therapy without a doctor's referral will insurance still cover it?

Yes, most insurances do still cover Physical Therapy without a doctor's referral. You can give us a call to get the details and an out-of-pocket estimate for your specific insurance plan.

Does Elite offer cash pay options if I don't have insurance, or don't want to use it for Physical Therapy?

Absolutely. We offer PT Plus packages for the cash pay option for individuals who do not have insurance, or wish to not use it. Call for complete pricing.
