Stephanie is passionate about the study of movement. And she’s carried that enthusiasm throughout her career, from her days as a collegiate athletic trainer, as the director for the largest multidisciplinary wellness center in Phoenix, as a guest speaker, and now as the wellness director at Elite.
Stephanie enjoys assessing movement patterns and complex pain patterns to find the source of dysfunction. She then uses this information to create innovative, customized programs that meet her patients' physical needs quickly. She combines her physical therapy and athletic training experience to assist patients' transition to performing recreational and work activities pain-free. This is the foundation of the Wellness Department.
Stephanie specializes in:
- manual therapy
- functional assessment
- functional exercise
- aquatic therapy
- biomechanical assessment of the body and golf swing
- sports performance programs
- corporate wellness consultation and seminars
- lifestyle modification/personal training
